God works at His Time... with His Plan! THIS IS HOW AWESOME & MIRACULOUS OUR GOD IS... The girl in this video was my roommate for the past 4 months. But she moved back home
to Dallas a month ago. Last weekend, she went on weekend prayer retreat in Washington, D.C. and after they left the event
and was headed on their 30 hour trip home, the bus breaks down in Lexington, VA. They had to stay at a Days Inn and they went
across the street to Aunt Sarah's to eat. Before you know it, people are praying for Megan and she starts to wiggle her
right foot and toes. She is able to stomp her foot. She felt a young girls hands on her legs and she begins to freak out.
Then God kept telling her....stand...stand... and at first she was hesitant b/c she didn’t want to fall, but she kept
her faith and she had a few people help support her. She scoots to the edge of her seat and STANDS TO HER FEET!!! Her supporters
were nothing but supporters of faith, as they were barely holding onto her. Praise God! And, that’s not it! She traveled back to the hotel in the chair, but was very eager to get out of it once they hit the hotel parking lot. SO
again, she stands to her feet, and within a short amount of time, she is able to LITERALLY RUN, like she was never injured
at all. WOW!!! She was a MIRACLE from God's Hands and she knew she would be the moment she was told by doctors she would
never walk again. Her exact response to the doctors (and the way she continued to believe over the past 6 months that she
was paralyzed) was "You don't know my God." As of last night when I learned of her miraculous
story, a week later, she stands strong with ZERO.and I mean ZERO signs of ever having a Spinal Cord Injury AT ALL!!! Her doctors
are freaked out and confused with no answers to what they have seen. She is a medical miracle... God's Miracle... Anyways... if you have not watched the video yet, please do. (It is on my home page, under my video). Keep in mind,
this girl was paralyzed from t12 level (IM T10) with NO SENSATION OR FUNCTION in hips or legs, except she had a lil' bit
of her quad muscle, but that’s it! OH and... HER BLADDER AND BOWELS ARE FULLY RESTORED WITH FUNCTION AND SENSATION TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AMEN!!! Some have said that her body could have just been in spinal shock or it just decided to recover at that moment...
even if so... it was God behind the "speediness" of her recovery & HE Worked Very Quickly...within hours to
restore the entire nervous system of a person. (Which is said to be impossible at this time BTW)Anyways.. Enjoy the video...
and remember her if you ever question if there is a God... You Must Always Keep the Faith!!!

Life is GoodHey everyone! I hope you are all well, healthy & Happy as ever! My life in Texas is getting better by the day. I returned
to work at Pressing On and know that it was the right decision. The President, Shelly, and I work very well together and we
seem to get each other. Finally, I am doing more than just answering phones and being an energetic smile for people to see
when they roll in the door. I feel like my purpose is now much larger at Pressing On. I busted my butt to finish my Business
degree and after a year I am finally able to apply what I learned. I have been handling the calendar and training schedule.
Its kinda funny because now I hear from the client (or client's parents) if they have a problem with who they are training
with. What I mean is... in my past there have been some trainers I would prefer to train with and some that I would rather
not. This is usually not a problem, but something I have noticed in my last 2 years being in the environment. So far...everything
is on the ups. No complaints about my scheduling, so we will see how it goes. Im also starting to plan our ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY
fundraiser for October. Wish me luck! Haha... One thing Shelly actually said to me today is... "Its not able luck...
its about determination...skill...strength..." Another chance to prove myself to PO that I know what Im talking about...
ha well, most of the time. Ha More to come later about therapy and stuff... gotta roll for now. BYE

Back to WorkI am going back to work Monday at Pressing On. My
duties have changed and my purpose is greater now. I will be handling all the scheduling for the trainers, accounts receivable,
invoices, welcome packets, new client applications & questions, fund-raiser planning, clerical work and telephones. I
am excited to get back to work and look forward to what the next few months will bring. I will use the next 3 months to help
Pressing On grow as a business in any way I can. While keeping all of my options open, my future with Pressing On looks hopeful.
I will keep everyone updated on my career moves. There will be some big changes for me this weekend. As I mentally prepare to take on my new position at Pressing
On, I will also be mentally preparing to dive in head first and give my therapy a new attention. I plan to start new exercise
routines while I am home, while also increasing my hours for training in the gym. I pray that God will take my hand and lead
me with great motivation and determination to prove this whole "recovery thing" works. As someone who did not start
working towards my recovery until 2 years post injury (past the point that doctors give for chances of improvements); also
as a so-called "complete" injury, my recovery will prove only that anything is possible when setting your mind to
a goal. My top advantage to my gaining my recovery, is that I'm letting God lead the way. It is totally in His Hands now.
I am only a servant trying to do His will for my life, while leading a positive life that impacts others.

Trip to the other coast...Im heading to Florida tomorrow to vaca with my parents. I can't wait to see them. I am flying to ATL then to Daytona Beach.
I will drive to New Symerna Beach which is about 30 miles south. I have not been here since my injury, but I pretty much grew
up at this beach every summer. We would take a vacation here every summer growing up until we got too busy and I was traveling
for softball. It is a tradition in a way that will be carried on for a while I believe, There are some other families that
have done the same so we have gotten to know a few. I hope to reunite with some of these families... that would be awesome
to catch up! So pleaes keep me in your prayers as I fly and vaca for the next week. Miss ya

Thursday, June 19, 2008Today was a blast from the past. I am in San Diego, CA currently for a SCI "Working Together" Conference that Awakenings
Health (my previous facility) is hosting the 20th and 21st. It should be a great event and I am hoping to gain a lot of education
about more business issues with facilities of this type. I had the opportunity to train with Heather again while in town and
it went well. She says she can tell my legs are stronger and have more energy going thru them. Yeah!!! AND... I pushed the
FES bike today for an hour and rode about 8 miles under 100% stim. (Which means that my legs were doing a lot of work so 100%
stim was not needed to push the bike). This is an improvement since last time I rode so it appears that my legs are
gaining strength. Ill let you know how the conference goes this weekend. Hope you are all happy n lovin' life as always!!!
With Love from So Cal... Stephanie

June 12, 2008Hey Everyone! Well...today was another average day in the gym. I was able to kick my right foot up a few times, but my
left leg was not responding too well. There are some good days and some bad in regards to control or connection over my injury
level. Like there was one day that I was able to kick up both feet to do full leg extension several times with each leg. Then
there are other days that my body just feels tired. I am working on a new update video and will post it as soon as it is complete. I
am getting ready for a 2 week trip to San Diego and I cannot wait!!!! It will be nice to get out of town for a lil while,
especially to visit a place where the weather is fabulous. The Texas heat is incredible and there is nothing like going out
to the mailbox and by the time you get back into the house, you are dripping with sweat like you ran a marathon. Ha Not fun
at all! I will be traveling a lot over the next month, to San Diego and then to Florida for vaca with my rents. Please keep
me in your prayers! Love ya

Always a lesson to be learned...in
all situations. I've learned...that the Lord didn't do it all in one day. What makes me think
I can? Patience is a virtue. Plus, the "fight" is only making me stronger, inside and out! One thing I would suggest
though if I may, (and I heard this from a friend of mine so I can't take the credit). another prayer we can add to the
list, is for god to start making people with two spinal cords so when one gets injured...
there's a back-up!!! Lol.like a lizard... Now,
there's a thought! haha! bye
Just a tip for my future facility... What I have learned
over the past 2 years is that a smaller company can be both a good thing and bad thing. As a client, it is nice to have a
smaller group in the gym because it is easier to feel at home and comfortable, while also making it feel like family. As an
employee, it is nice to be able to work together on things and there is less of a chance of little "clicks" forming.
On the other hand, a smaller facility means more gossip, in a way. People become close with each other and the need for professionalism,
respect and confidentiality becomes more important, both for the staff and clients. When you feel at ease with people, you
tend to tell them more and lets just face it, people are going to talk. No one really likes to be talked about, especially
if it is about something negative or personal to that person, but the majority of people in this world like gossip. Ill stop
there, but all in all... NOTE TO SELF: Don't
discuss client issues around other clients. Keep it professional and only discuss issues involving clients and staff behind
closed doors or in the appropriate setting.
My thought for 4/28: Good things come to those who are willing to work for it!!! Have Hope &
Always Believe anything is possible when you can hand it over to God. Once you realize that you are not in control, God can
take over and lead you to victory!!! Keep God first!
